Will my PETZL purchase come with a warranty?

Absolutely! All of our PETZL Headlamps come with a full factory warranty. By purchasing from our store, your warranty will start from the time of your purchase, not from the manufacture date.

What happens if I don't like it?

You will love your PETZL! That being said, we do offer a 60 day easy return period. To start a return, just login and start a return request. For US customers, we will send you a pre-paid return label. For our international customers, we will send you return instructions.

How fast is shipping? What if I have a large order?

In-stock items (in-stock quantities displayed above) ship within 24 hours. If you need more than what we have in stock, go ahead and order. Orders of (40) and less typically ship in 2 business days. Larger quantities typically ship within (1) week.

Yes, everything we carry in our store is brand new with a full factory warranty. All of our PETZL Headlamps are guaranteed to be within specification and come with a factory guarantee stating as much.
