I had very good experience with Extrememeters. I ordered a simple anemometer with a shipment to Eastern Europe (EU) and my purchase got lost in transit. When contacted, EM’s sales team was supportive and reactive. A replacement was quickly sent to me under express delivery at EM’s charge. I would surely buy from them again.

We use this product teaching elementary students about different types of energy. Students use it to measure wind speed/energy. So, it's pretty simple to use!

I bike every day and set clay targets for sporting clay users. This meter enables me to determine wind speed and direction when biking and setting the clay targets. Both are affected by the wind with the clay target flight trajectory being greatly affected. Knowing exact wind speed and direction helps with both sports.

wonderfully easy to shop on line. I've tried to make a couple of purchases with some of the big box retailers this past month, only to be deterred by the hoops I was required to leap through. And the delivery was one of the quickest yet. I wish I had ordered sooner as its arrival just missed the tropical storm that roared up from the gulf and eventually into Canada. But, living on a hill 1200 ft. above Lake Superior, I'm sure it will see plenty of use. I was first introduced to your product by a national forest fire supervisor during a large fire near the Canadian border. He would stop every hour to test the wind speed, its direction, and the heat. This was back in the 90's. Thanks again for the fine service.

Works as good as it was advertised

Haven’t used it loads yet but great so far. Had an issue with postage however was resolved hassle free and very well.

Heard about this product from a friend who guides in Texas. First time out, it was a big help to take down a Rio Grande turkey from 483 yards with winds averaging 11 mph and gusting to 15 mph.

Only used it once hiking. Gave me a precise temperture reading. No wind, so still waiting to try out windchill and wind speed.

great portable product
it worked great i live by the beach and have a lot of wind ,,,,,,,also looking forward to using it on my boat.

I was looking for an accurate portable thermometer and this fits the bill even though it was a little pricey. I do not have much need for the wind gauge and would have purchased a system with just the thermometer if it was available.

Excellent product. Well made,. Works well in the field. We use it to check wind gusts in drone flying.

As hikers, we searched for a good digital themometer and failed. All of the inexpensive pocket digital 'weather' packages we tried were of poor quality and did not work properly. Investing in a scientific instrument of high quality that works was worth the money, great product, very satisfied.

I really like this little gem. Would have liked dew point readings, but I can use my Positechtor for that. I love the size and weight and rely on it at least six times per day that I work. Glad to see it is made in USA.

I gave the Kestrel to my 8 year old grandson for Christmas. He loves it and said it was the best gift ever.
