Product Description

AAA電池は、コンパスの読み取りに影響を与えるのに十分な強さの磁気サインを持っています。電池の影響を打ち消すためには、Kestrel 4500の電池がユニットがキャリブレーションされたときと同じ向きであることが重要です。これを実現するために、Kestrel 4500には、2つの電池の間にスライドして位置を保持する柔軟なプラスチック製のシムがあります。電池ドアに示された向きで電池を挿入し、次に新しい電池の間にクリアタブが外側を向き、正極（「バンプ」）が上を向くように折りたたまれたシムを挿入します。タブを「バンプ」のある電池の上に穴を通して押し下げます（完全に平らにはなりません）。ドアをしっかり閉めてください。電池を交換する際は、電池の正極の上に折りたたまれたクリアタブを持ち上げ、シムを取り外し、その後電池を取り外して新しいものと交換します。

Fast shipping, great product. The the wind indicator interfaces with my Delta V ballistic software and transmits the data to the shooting program. Very pleased with the product and what it does. Nice feature to have the Kestrel automatically rotate to face the wind.Have it mounted on a tri pod that can extend 10 feet high.
