Alaska / Hawaii - While we can ship packages to Alaska and Hawaii with Expedited shipping methods (2-Day, 1-Day) they are not always guaranteed by UPS / USPS based on the final destination and there could be a delay of 1 business days.
We ship worldwide daily with few exceptions. You will not be able to select your country during checkout if we do not ship to you.
Free International shipping Discount
Some orders qualify for a free international shipping discount. To see if your order qualifies, proceed to checkout and enter your shipping address. The free shipping discount cannot be combined with any other discounts.
Customs, Duties and Import Fees
We do not collect and pre-pay any customs fees, duties, taxes or brokerage fees. These fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please monitor your shipment throughout it's journey. At some point, you will be contacted either by email, phone or at time of delivery to pay any import fees (if any or due). If these fees are unpaid or if the package is refused, we will not be responsible for any return shipping, any import fees to receive the package back or if in some cases the package is disposed of.

Submit a return request:We are happy to accept returned unused, as-new products within 45 days of the date your item reached its final shipping destination.
- Within 45 days of your items delivery date, click the profile icon in the store's navigation, log in and then request a return.
Here is how to submit a return request:
- Log in to your account: In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click Request return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
