FREE Shipping to All USA destinations including APO/FPO Military addresses and certain protectorates no matter what the value is! Free shipping with most of our domestic orders will arrive in 1-3 business day's of shipment. Time in transit is an estimate. We do not guarantee time in transit. We rely on information our carriers provide to us. If you choose the free shipping option, the method of shipping will be our choice. We do offer services for a fee such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, UPS Next Day Air, 2nd day Air and 3 Day Select. These services are made available during checkout. Note: USPS Priority Mail ETA is up to 1-3 business days in the USA, including Alaska and Hawaii. If you have any questions about shipping, please contact us and we will get right back to you. You can preview the different shipping options available to you by placing your items in your cart, then use the shipping calculator. All of our shipping options include tracking. You will receive a tracking number after your order ships by email.

We ship worldwide. Shipping rates are displayed in the cart. We do not collect any import fees your country may charge you for importing your item(s). We are not responsible for any extra delivery charges or brokerage fees or any taxes you may be charged. Please check with your customs service to find out what if any charges you may be responsible for.
We are currently not shipping products to the following countries:
- Cuba (BIS).
- Iran (OFAC).
- North Korea (BIS)
- Sudan (OFAC)

We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or have a problem with your item, just send us an email within 30 days of purchase and we will email you a prepaid return label. All you will need are your ExtremeMeters.com order number and we will email the return label within 24 hours to the email address used when placing the order.
ExtremeMeters.com guarantee doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.
If your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship (extremely rare), you can return it to us at any time. If sent within 30 days, we will replace or refund. If after 30 days and up to 5 years, it will become a warranty issue.
Once the item(s) are returned to us, it usually takes 24 hours to process refunds.
FREE USA Returns: We will send our US customers a pre-paid return label which you can print out and attach to your box. International Returns: International customers are responsible for return costs. Click here to submit a return request. You will need your ExtremeMeters.com order number and the email used when placing your order. Important: Please use capital letters when entering your order number. You must enter your information within 30 days from time of order.

Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 2 PM ET will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 2 PM ET will ship the next business day. Orders are not shipped on Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by ExtremeMeters.com or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Shipping options - In most cases you will have the ability to choose your shipping method. There may be times when the method of choice is not available due to a number of things including a delay of pickup or in the case of when we will need to drop ship from the manufacturer. Such times occur when an in-ordinarily large order is placed. Many manufacturers only offer UPS as a carrier. As an example, we may elect at our discretion to ship UPS 3 day select in lieu of USPS Priority Mail which usually takes up to 3 days to arrive. If you absolutely need to use a certain carrier, please let us know and we will take the necessary measures.
Important: Many of our packages will require a signature upon receipt. Before signing for your package, examine the package to make sure there are no visible signs of damage. We use clear tape when sealing our packaging. In the event that the package is damaged, refuse the package and it will be returned to us. Please let us know if this is the case. In the event you have signed for the package, please retain the box your order was packaged in as well as all contents. You will need them when filing a claim with the respective delivery agency. Our domestic shipments are not insured unless our customer asks us to do so. A signed delivery receipt represents your acceptance of the complete order in perfect condition.
We only collect sales tax on orders with shipments to Pennsylvania. We do not collect sales tax on shipments outside of PA. We pay the sales tax collected to the state or Pennsylvania. Other than Pennsylvania, it is the customers responsibility to pay any sales tax they may owe to their state. If you are a tax exempt organization in PA, please send us your tax exempt certificate to firstname.lastname@example.org and create an account by clicking on "login", then "create account". We will then convert your account to a tax exempt account so you can order online without being charged sales tax. Thank you!
